Tour Details

This event is a special, night-only half-tour that takes you from the Great Hall to the Forbidden Forest.
The tour route and activities differ from the standard Studio Tour, allowing you to enjoy special performances exclusive to this event.

Approximately 1 hour (*May vary by individual)
*The Main Shop, Food Hall, and Frog Café are open one hour before your reservation time.
As these facilities will not be available after the tour ends, please visit them before the tour begins.

Meeting Time and Location

Please wait at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time in front of the tour entrance inside the Studio Tour.
You may enter the lobby starting one hour before your scheduled tour time. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Participation Requirements

• This is a special tour covering select areas of the Studio Tour (from the Great Hall to the Forbidden Forest). You will not be able to enter the regular Studio Tour before or after participating in this tour.
• Since this tour ends at the Forbidden Forest, you will not be able to proceed beyond the Forbidden Forest. Additionally, Night Tour participants may not use the Backlot Café, Butterbeer Bar, or Railway Shop before or after the tour. Please note that a beverage will be served exclusively to participants after the tour concludes.
• A tour guide will accompany you. Please note that this tour is conducted in a group format, meaning you will be touring with other guests.
• The tour will be conducted in Japanese.
• This is not a private tour.
• There are no age restrictions for this tour. However, children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult ticket holder.
• Carers with a carer’s ticket and children aged 3 and under may accompany participants on the Night Tour free of charge; however, please note that they will not receive the participant certificate or participation pass.
• Wheelchair access is available; however, as the museum is dimly lit, we recommend that you participate with a caregiver.
• The museum contains dark areas and startle effects.
• If you have health concerns, a heart condition, are pregnant, or are sensitive to scary effects, please consider this carefully before participating.

About Reservations

• Please make your reservation at least 7 days before your visit.
• You can purchase tickets for up to 9 people.
• Please purchase tickets for all participants in the night tour (excluding children 3 years old and under).
• If you wish to accompany a participant as a caregiver, please select “Caregiver Ticket” on the ticket purchase screen and proceed with the transaction.
• The minimum number of participants required for the night tour is 2 (excluding those with caregiver tickets and children 3 years old and under). If the minimum number of participants is not met, the night tour will be canceled. In the event of cancellation, we will notify you at least 5 days prior to the scheduled date of the night tour. For tickets already purchased, we will either issue a refund or reschedule your visit, depending on your preference. If rescheduling to your preferred date is not possible due to availability, we assume no obligation other than issuing a refund.
• Parking fees are not included in this tour ticket. If you are arriving by car, please purchase a parking ticket from the “Additional Options” section on the ticket purchase screen.

Check-in and Participation on the Day of the Tour

• Please arrive at the tour entrance inside the Studio Tour at least 15 minutes before your scheduled reservation time.If you arrive late for the start time, you may not be able to participate in all or part of this tour. Please note that in such cases, we cannot offer refunds or other compensation.
• Please note that you may enter the Studio Tour starting one hour before your tour reservation time. Please arrive with plenty of time to spare.
• The Main Shop, Food Hall, and Frog Café are open one hour before your reservation time. They will not be available after the tour ends, so please enjoy them before your Night Tour meeting time.

Changes to or Cancellation of the Tour

• Program details, times, and capacity may be subject to change for operational or safety reasons.
• Due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control, it may become impossible or inappropriate to conduct this tour. In such cases, we may change the program, provide a reasonable alternative, or cancel or postpone the tour without prior notice. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for these measures.
